In this panel, from the frieze of the Lion Pond (previous page), a woman and a man are dancing to the accompaniment of a dwarf-like flautist (photo left). The woman, center, is holding something indistinct in each of her hands, and her legs are bent and crossed in a typical Indian dance posture.
