Large Dolmen

Hwasun County, Korea

Several of the dolmens in Hwasun County are quite large, and can weigh up to 100 tons. It would have taken substantial effort to quarry and erect these monuments, which indicates that people even in this early time must have felt a strong connection to their ancestors.
