Armored Horseman

Large amounts of armor have been recovered from Three Kingdoms tombs in Korea, indicative of a military culture that emphasized the shock-and-awe tactics of heavily armored horseriders (called "cataphracts" in the West). The museum figure is a reconstruction, based on physical finds as well as tomb murals and pottery.
