Hahoe Folk Village

Hahoe is a traditional village of the Joseon dynasty, the family seat of the Ryu clan that has produced many notable scholars and officials. This popular tourist destination is known for its scenery and masked dance (next page), and hosted a visit by Queen Elizabeth in 1999.
