Grave of Asakura Yoshikage

The gravesite is located on the hilltop with the fortified residence (yakata, previous page). Asakura Yoshikage (1533-1573) was the last daimyo of Asakura, whose conflict with Oda Nobunaga led to his eventual death and the destruction of his clan.
