Pura Penataran Sasih, Pejeng

The building that houses the Moon of Pejeng is outside this photo to the left (see following page). In the background are shrines and other buildings, that surround a Seat (the very tall throne, center, with stairs leading up) for Ganesha. Most temples in Bali contain such a throne, either for Ganesh or for some other god, which may or may not be occupied by a literal image at the top.
