Lalitavistara panel, Borobudur
This panel appears on the upper tier of Corridor 1, towards the end of the Lalitavistara (life of Shakyamuni) sequence. At this point in the story, the Buddha has become enlightened and passes through several cities, where he is honored and feted, on his way to Benares to preach the First Sermon.
