Reclining Figure

West side of the northwest corner of the jagamohan
Mukteshvara temple, Bhubaneshwar

This very odd, yet strangely appealing, reclining figure – it looks like someone's opium dream – is located on the right side of the entrance to the jagamohan. Above the figure, is a relief panel of Shiva and Parvati.
