Sekhmet

Sekhmet, a ferocious lion-headed goddess, was worshipped at Memphis and was also associated with Bastet and Mut because of their feline nature. Sekhmet is the daughter of Re and wife of Ptah. She can be recognized by her lion head, female body, and the sun-disk of her father Re. She often carries an ankh and scepter, although here she carries only the ankh. Another example comes from Karnak.
