Ramesses III wears the linen kilt (whose protrusion seems unavoidably phallic to me, although this is not often remarked upon). His cartouche (birth name), on the left, reads: Ra-mes-su heqa-iunu, "Born of Re, ruler of Heliopolis." For his throne name (photo upper right), see the following page.
