The modern, 19th century, Al-Rifa'i mosque is on the right; it was built as a duplicate of the medieval, 14th century, mosque of Sultan Hassan on the left. This superb view from Cairo's citadel is a prime example, if any were needed, of why we are all Wikipedians now.
