Dai Miao, Mount Tai

A gatehouse appears on top of the wall above the entrance, as in the Forbidden City. The Dai Miao is one of only three remaining examples of palace architecture in China; the other two are the Confucius Temple in Qufu and the Forbidden City in Beijing.
