Animal Mask

This mask is like the one on the previous page, except that its "trunk" (the tall vertical element) is still attached. It is half the size of the previous mask (31.5cm vs. 66cm, excluding the trunk). A third mask found on the site is similar to the one shown here. The peculiar elements of these three "animal" masks are unexplained, although their exaggerated eyes and ears may indicate a supernatural ability to see and to hear.
