These unadorned heads can be compared to the similar but gold-masked heads on the previous page. The square head here is wider, and the rounded head is different in proportion, than their gold-masked counterparts. Each head at the site, even those of the same type (square or rounded), was modeled separately, whether to invoke individually-differentiated beings or for some other reason. It's not known why a few of the heads were made rounded (there are only four of this type) instead of rectangular.
