Li River Cruise

Guilin, China

The day cruise, down the Li River from Guilin to Yangshuo, takes the visitor through a unique landscape of "gumdrop" peaks as if from an antique scroll. The river is crowded by flotillas of boats that ferry the tourists downstream, taking about half a day for the trip. The visitors return to Guilin by bus, after taking some time to enjoy the scenery around Yangshuo.
